As a stylist, I like to be as honest and upfront as possible when it comes to hair color. Whenever a client with very dark brown or even red hair produces a photo of platinum, I have to let them know that platinum hair does not come in just one appointment. Sometimes it won't ever reach that level or tone and remain healthy. In most cases, a client will have to invest in multiple appointments to achieve a healthy lighter blonde shade.
