To ensure the best outcome:

• Please remove excess tangles, glue, braids, twists etc. prior to arrival
• If  hair is braided or twisted for the purpose of detangling, please limit to 8 sections
• Avoid heavy oils, grease, or butters before silk press services

*Please Note: Appointment durations are an estimate and extra time may be required for longer lengths, high density or hair that is prone to tangles and knots.

Arriving more than 10 minutes late may require rescheduling to protect the experience of all guests.

Payment is due at the completion of service.

48-hour notice is required to reschedule.
Last minute cancellation may require a deposit for future service

Out of respect for all guests:
• Extra guests are not permitted unless discussed
