THINGS TO KNOW

 

Policies and prices are subject to change without notice. It is the responsibility of each salon guest to read and understand all policies 

 

Every guest will be granted a 10 minute grace period for tardiness. It will be the decision of the stylist at the time of arrival  that decides if you can be serviced. If not, you must reserve a new Shades by Shavonda Experience in order to be serviced.

ONLY those persons who have made appointments with us are allowed entry. Please do not bring children or any additional guests with you to your Shades by Shavonda Experience.

PAYMENTS

​

A valid credit card on file is required for every scheduled Glam Experience. Your card will not be charged when you reserve your experience. 

 

Cash or Credit Cards are accepted for payment

 

REFUND POLICY

 

Due to the nature of services, there are absolutely no refunds.

Deposits paid at the time of booking are non-refundable.

​

 

CANCELLATIONS

 

Salon guests must give a 48 hour notice of cancellation. If you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, stylist reserves the right to charge a $25 cancellation fee

​

 

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, at any time.
